On your first full day at Bradshaw Recovery, you settle into a schedule that stays fairly consistent from week to week. Mornings begin with a check-in and a group session, followed by individual work, meals at set times, and quieter blocks in the afternoon or evening for reflection and rest. Phone and visitor policies depend on which program you are in, and they often shift as you move through treatment. Here is what to expect:
